Fantastic $30 Map-Making Humble Bundle Is a Virtual Tabletop Game Master's Fantasy
Following a brief run back in April, the Map Making Mega Bundle is back for a limited time available through early December. Described as a "treasure trove of assets and apps" created by a specialized software company throughout their history, the complete package is valued at more than thirteen hundred dollars. This package suits cartographers who already have CC3+, yet it provides fresh fantasy design elements for landscape mapping, over seven hundred fifty creature tokens for use in virtual tabletops, over twenty-five top-down castle layouts with 470 associated map tokens, eight complete urban centers, plus seventy-plus building interiors.
Mid-Range Option
The eight-item bundle starting at fifteen dollars offers enhanced value through inclusion of a lifetime CC3+ license, Cartographer's Annual Vol 1, Ultimate Mapping Guidebook, Isometric Cities Symbol Pack. Cartographer's Annual is the annual collection from ProFantasy's ongoing subscription program featuring multiple CC3+ enhancements including map packs and additional utilities. The Isometric Cities enables display cities with an extra dimension using angled views from multiple angles. And the Tome of Ultimate Mapping comprises 760 pages for beginners and "power users" alike, full of tips and tutorials for the map-making process.

All 17 volumes from the Annual series come with this bundle, plus numerous additional tools and content enabling creators to design entire planets or galaxies, or focus exclusively on classic fantasy realm creation: battle maps, underground complexes, urban centers, and land masses from almost any perspective. You can even design character illustrations. For $30 as opposed to $15, the complete collection is so worth it, especially for cartographers who have only the annual CC3+ license seeking permanent licensing. But it's obviously an even better deal for map-making newbies considering you even get the beginners' tutorials to facilitate learning. The one caveat here though the purchase is available on any platform, the software is only usable with Windows systems.

As with other Humble Bundles, part of every purchase supports charitable organizations. For this one, the beneficiary is Save the Children, an organization founded by Eglantyne Jebb in 1919 focused on improving the lives of children worldwide via educational programs, medical services, and crisis response. Package customization options is toward the top of the page, though users may also choose any amount for a donation in the right-hand section. Additionally available is an "Adjust Donation" drop-down immediately below, enabling adjustment of the distribution percentage allocated between the platform, developer, and charity.
