In a surprising crossover event that defies conventional predictions, the game developer has unveiled an digital collaboration between Assassin's Creed Shadows and the popular anime series Attack on Titan. The surprising Thanksgiving event runs from November 25 through December 22, including no-cost bonus story content for Shadows players.

According to the official statement, "An unusual encounter pulls protagonists Naoe and Yasuke into a new quest, where hints of prohibited ceremonies and terrifying metamorphoses echo through the obscurity." The storyline introduces a "oddly attired woman named Ada" who assigns the pair with venturing into the Crystalline Cavern—a key location from Attack on Titan—to save her ally from a clandestine sect.
The adventure concentrates on "strange experiments and a fearsome foe" and is open to all players who have unlocked the Yasuke character.
Iconic Locations and Changes
The trailer highlights the Hidden Temple from Attack on Titan redesigned as the Crystal Cave. This important location was earlier where the Reiss royal family passed down the Founding Titan ability through ages. The preview concludes with a powerful moment showing a character, likely the captive, transforming into a Titan that rises over Naoe and Yasuke.
